The Habeas Receiver Partner Program, which includes access to the SafeList of Habeas Certified Senders, is open to all legitimate ISPs, MSP (Mail Service Providers) and anti-spam solution providers, large or small, private or enterprise, U.S. or international, at no cost.

Any receiver may openly query the Habeas SafeList.

WARNING: the zones below are (sone kind of) Whitelist, do not use them as Blacklist!

accredit.habeas.com: Habeas SafeList (query IP adddress permission level, includes Registered but Non-Certified senders) (queried at OpenRBL)
hul.habeas.com: Habeas User List (contains only those IP addresses accredited at permission levels 10 through 30) (Recommended, used by SpamAssassin)
sohul.habeas.com: Including Non-Verified-Optin (contains those IP addresses accredited at permission levels 10 through 50, but not 60 to 99)

All Habeas SafeList return the permission level in the last octet of the response:

10	One-to-one (personal)
20	Transactional
30	Confirmed opt-in
40	Personal Referral
50	Single opt-in
60	Registered but not certified

[edit] Testing Records

Since the SafeList is somewhat unique, those testing-records may come handy:

All three zone files have three addresses available for testing purposes.

Prepending "localhost" to the name of a zone file will return 127.0.0.10.
Sending 127.0.0.2 (reversed) returns 127.0.0.99.
Sending 127.0.0.255 (reversed) returns a coded response indicating the range of certification levels contained within the zone file.
255.0.0.127.hul.habeas.com returns a response of 127.0.0.30
255.0.0.127.sohul.habeas.com returns 127.0.0.50
255.0.0.127.accredit.habeas.com returns 127.0.0.99.
